The Benefits of Developing Leadership Skills
When you develop leadership skills, you fast-track your personal and professional growth.
Through the NSHCR Leadership Programs, you will master communication, decision-making, and collaboration, setting a solid foundation for success. Investing in leadership courses empowers you to stand out in an increasingly competitive job market and embark on a journey full of self-discovery and advancement.
These online courses work around your schedule, giving you the flexibility you need. You'll work with diverse perspectives and network with like-minded peers, all leading to valuable connections and insights that will last a lifetime.
The NSHCR Leadership Programs are not just education. They're the catalyst to unleash your full potential. After completing Foundations of Leadership and reaching Induction, members can continue their professional development with our Advanced & Executive courses.
Certificate Pathway Versus Credit-Recommended Pathway*
If you're enrolling only for personal growth and professional development, choose the certificate pathway option. If you are interested in earning college credit recommendations, choose the credit-recommended pathway option.
Note: The transferability of coursework completed at The National Society of Hope, Change, and Resilience (NSHCR) is at the discretion of the receiving institution or educational institution. Members considering transferring NSHCR coursework to any institution should not assume that NSHCR credit recommendations, coursework, and/or certificates earned in any NSHCR programs will be accepted by the receiving institution.
The NSHCR encourages members to seek pre-approval and/or consult the transfer center or registrar's office of the receiving institution prior to enrolling into NSHCR programs.
